Return & Refund Policy

At "Super Sattu Products", we are committed to providing you with quality products. However, please note that once an order is placed and shipped, we do not accept returns or issue refunds except under the following conditions:

Damaged Product Received:

"Super Sattu Products" must be notified of any damaged product within 5 days from the delivery date via email to cust4supersattu@gmail.com. Please include the order number, an image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, and 2 clear images of the damaged product in the email.

Only Affected Product Can Be Returned and Replaced:

We will promptly resend and replace the affected product(s), and we will collaborate with you to ensure a satisfactory solution. We aim to respond to emails within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance thereafter.

 

Missing Product:

"Super Sattu Products" should be informed of any missing product within 5 days from the delivery date via email to cust4supersattu@gmail.com. Please include the order number, an image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, and 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received.

Please note that we are unable to accept refund requests for missing products, but we will be happy to promptly resend the missing product. We strive to respond to emails within 24-48 hours and provide complete assistance thereafter.

Spoiled Product:

"Super Sattu Products" must be notified of any product spoilage within 10 days from the delivery date via email to cust4supersattu@gmail.com. Please include the order number, date of packaging/date of manufacture, and clear images or video of the spoiled product in the email.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, color, or aroma. Our products are completely natural and handcrafted, resulting in variations between batches. We make no compromises in our natural production process, using only the finest natural ingredients to ensure maximum nutritional value is retained.
