Shipping Policy

Shipping Information:

A complete postal address, including the pin code, email ID, and contact number, is essential to facilitate the shipment of your order. Please double-check your pin code and contact number before completing your order.
If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 - 3 working days.
In the event that some of the ordered items are not in stock, we will produce them and have them dispatched within 4 - 5 working days of the order being placed. Rest assured, we will keep you informed in such circumstances.

Delivery Schedule:

Our courier partners will deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 7 pm. Please note that working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time may be subject to factors beyond our control, including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Once your package is dispatched, we will promptly contact you your order tracking details on the contact details provided by you. We kindly ask for your patience until then.
